Rabecca’s practice is truly unique and special.. I’m called to her when it is my time. She doesn’t instigate a session, it’s on me to find her. The last experience I had will stay with me for a lifetime. Rabecca holds many forms. She feels like a forever mother, a wild sister, a compassionate best friend, and a perfect stranger. Rabecca Adams’ Shamanic Yoga Flow is life changing. It is far beyond what I anticipated to be a “yoga exercise class”. Instead, it is a complete spiritual and emotional experience. She creates an environment that includes gentle yoga movements with the opportunity to experience the deep emotional release through a shamanic setting.

Rabecca Adams’ Sound Bath is an amazing experience. I had never attended a sound bath before and wasn't sure what to expect. Rabecca fully prepared the class for what we may experience and allowed each of us to breathe easy and experience the emotional and spiritual healing possible. A relaxing, contemplative state was created through various shamanic instruments, bringing both deep relaxation and meditative healing.

Rabecca came into my life when I was least expecting it but needed it most. She has held space for not only me, but other members of my family, to experience a deep and rich sense of healing that has been absolutely pivotal in all of our lives. She deeply cares about your individual journey and wants you to walk away with the tools to continue your healing for yourself.
